Welcome to IQgenio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website iqgenio.com (the "Service"), operated by the IQgenio team ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IQgenio provides a free online cognitive assessment (IQ test) and brain training platform. The Service includes:

• An adaptive IQ test based on Cattell-Horn-Carroll (CHC) Theory, using Computerized Adaptive Testing (CAT) and Item Response Theory (IRT), measuring cognitive abilities across 7 domains.
• A brain training program with 306 progressive levels across 6 cognitive categories.
• Educational content about intelligence, cognitive science, and brain training.
• An optional feature to share IQ test results via a unique URL.

The Service is available in 8 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Ukrainian, Russian, and Uzbek.

The Service is provided free of charge. No registration, login, or account creation is required. We may display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense) to support the operation of the Service.

3. Important Disclaimer: Not a Clinical Instrument

IQgenio is not a clinical diagnostic tool. The IQ test provided on this website is designed for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes. It is intended to provide an estimate of cognitive abilities and should be used for self-exploration, self-improvement, and general interest.

The results of our IQ test:

• Do not constitute a professional psychological assessment or diagnosis.
• Should not be used as a substitute for a clinically administered IQ test conducted by a licensed psychologist or qualified professional.
• Should not be used to make medical, educational, employment, legal, or any other consequential decisions.
• May vary from results obtained through professional testing. While our methodology is grounded in established psychometric science (CHC Theory, CAT, IRT), online testing environments differ from controlled clinical settings.

If you require a formal cognitive assessment for any purpose (educational placement, clinical evaluation, Mensa membership, disability determination, or any other purpose), please consult a licensed psychologist or qualified mental health professional in your jurisdiction.

Similarly, the brain training program is designed for cognitive exercise and engagement. While research suggests that targeted cognitive training can improve specific abilities, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes, IQ improvements, or cognitive enhancement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, test questions, algorithms, brain training exercises, and the overall design and arrangement of the website — is the property of the IQgenio team or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as incidentally necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Service.

• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm the IQgenio team or users of the Service.

6. Shared Results

When you use the Share feature to generate a public results page, you understand and agree that:

• The shared page will be publicly accessible to anyone with the URL.
• The page will display your IQ score and domain breakdown.
• You are solely responsible for whom you share the URL with.
• We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your decision to share your results publicly.
• Shared pages may be indexed by search engines unless otherwise configured.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the IQgenio team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, including any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties.
• Any content obtained from the Service, including but not limited to IQ scores, cognitive assessments, or brain training results.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your locally stored data (localStorage).
• Any decisions or actions you take based on the results or content provided by the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, or that defects in the Service will be corrected.

8. Indemnification
