IQgenio offers both free and premium cognitive assessment services. This policy applies to all paid purchases made on iqgenio.com, including Premium IQ Test access, cognitive profile reports, and certificates.

Digital Products

Our products are digital services delivered instantly upon purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• Access to the premium test is granted immediately
• PDF reports and certificates are generated and delivered digitally
• The content is personalized based on your individual test results

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund (within 14 days)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You purchased a premium test but have not started taking it
• A technical error prevented you from accessing your purchased content
• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase (duplicate payment)
• You request the refund within 14 days of the original purchase date

No Refund

Refunds are not available if:

• You have already started or completed the premium test (the personalized content has been delivered)
• You have downloaded the PDF report or certificate
• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase
• The purchase was made using a promotional code (free access)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

1. Your email address used during purchase
2. The date of purchase
3. Your payment reference number (from the receipt)
4. The reason for your refund request

Processing Time

• Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• The refund is returned to the original payment method
• Bank processing time may add an additional 3-5 business days

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the suspension of your account.

Free Services

The following services are completely free and do not involve any payment:

• Express IQ Test (15 questions)
• Standard IQ Test (30 questions) — when accessed via Telegram channel subscription
• Brain Training (306 levels, 6 categories)
• Basic IQ score and percentile
• Sharing results

No refund is applicable to free services.

European Union Consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). However, by starting the premium test, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal once the service begins.

Ukrainian Consumers

Відповідно до Закону України "Про захист прав споживачів", ви маєте право на повернення коштів протягом 14 днів з моменту покупки, якщо цифровий контент не було використано. Після початку тестування повернення не здійснюється, оскільки послуга вважається наданою.
